Sixty Smith is headed by Indy and Sam, Sri Lankan friends who have become quintessential Melburnians with their love of the food, culture, and of course the craft gin that can be found in every crevice of this city.  


Sam, along with Indy, owns the nearby Fitzroy Beer Gardens and has over 25 years’ experience in hospitality, owning wine bars and managing pubs. 


Years of travel and feasting on diverse cuisines across the world inspired Sixty Smith. We wanted to create a place where you could eat local food influenced by global flavours and feel the warmth of our cultures through delicious food, hand-crafted cocktails and great service. 


Just as our menu is led by the seasons, the soul of Sixty Smith is guided by Collingwood’s vibrant, diverse and creative community.
